Led by Dee DiGioia, Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner of Mindful Kindful YOUniversity, this immersive morning sound journey offers a dedicated space to rest, reset, and reconnect. Just blocks from the grounding rhythm of the Pacific Ocean, The Portal provides a crystal-infused setting for a deeply restorative inner experience.

The session begins with gentle integrative practices such as mindful breathing, soft vocal toning, and subtle somatic movement to help settle the body, quiet the mind, and create a sense of grounded presence.

Once everyone is comfortably settled, Dee guides the group into an expansive soundscape created with crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, wind chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
