Terms and Conditions for Intuitive Reading Appointments 1. General Service Policies • Booking and Deposits: o A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable. o Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations. o Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. • Late Arrivals: o Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling: o Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. 2. Refund Policy • All sales of services, packages, and memberships are final. No refunds will be issued. • Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Living Energy Crystals. 3.
