Cancellation Policy
Release of Liability and Terms for Energy Healing Services Purpose of Services Energy healing sessions are complementary wellness practices designed to promote balance, relaxation, and personal growth. These services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Acknowledgment of Non-Medical Services By participating in energy healing sessions, clients acknowledge that these services are spiritual or energetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Medical Conditions Clients with specific health concerns, including but not limited to pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, mental health conditions, or other serious illnesses, are strongly advised to consult with their healthcare provider before participating in energy healing sessions. Informed Consent By booking or attending a session, clients affirm that they: Are voluntarily participating in the session. Accept full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the session. Understand that results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Release of Liability Clients agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Living Energy Crystals, its owner Simone, and any affiliated practitioners from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from participation in energy healing sessions. Confidentiality All client information and session details are treated as confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent, except as required by law. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled with proper notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee or deposit. Refund Policy All sales of services and packages are final. Unused sessions in pre-purchased packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
