Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Coaching Services 1. General Service Agreement • Purpose of Services: Spiritual Coaching is a personal development and self-empowerment service designed to provide guidance, insights, and tools for spiritual growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. • Scope of Services: Sessions are tailored to individual needs, incorporating spiritual guidance, indigenous teachings, intuitive insights, and empowerment practices. • Personal Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the coaching process. 2. Booking and Payment • Session Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • Packages: Coaching packages offer discounted rates for multiple sessions and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. • Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited without refund. • Refunds: No refunds are provided for individual sessions or partially used packages. 3. Confidentiality • All client information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except as required by law. 4. Release of Liability • Acknowledgment of Risk: By participating in Spiritual Coaching, you acknowledge that the process may involve self-exploration and emotional processing, which could bring up discomfort or unexpected feelings. • No Guarantees: Results of Spiritual Coaching are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s willingness and effort. • Waiver of Claims: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Simone, Living Energy Crystals, and associated representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in coaching sessions. 5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
